Requirements: member in good standing of The Florida Bar, 2+ years of practice preferred, strong writing skills.
Manage files, prepare discovery, organize medical and business records, and coordinate deadlines.
Requirements: 3+ years of Florida litigation paralegal experience; e-filing and calendaring knowledge.
Be the first point of contact for new clients: answer calls, run conflict checks, and schedule consultations.
Requirements: excellent phone manner, organization, discretion; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
